We have been brewing up a storm over here at Curl Curl Kombucha HQ. Not only have we made some amazing connections, we are squealing and bouncing about an exciting new collaboration with the boys at Dad and Daves Brewing. These guys love beer, I mean reeeea-lly love beer. A lot. And Dave is keen to see how his custom built equipment will go with a Boochy Brew from us.
So it’s with great excitement that I announce that we had a go at tapping our first keg last week.
Yep, it’s kinda a big deal e, sparked off by a large amount of interest in our delicious Kombucha and the need to make more, better, faster
and louder. I mean ‘faster’ in a more time efficient way, we all know you can’t speed up the fermenting process…
Dave has been super generous with his time, knowledge and equipments and I’m stoked to see what comes out of the brewery this week.
